This website presents Pollocrudo Company and its video games, such as Froggy Fruits and Iron Fallow, and the original soundtracks we compose for them. It provides information about the studio, links to the stores where the games are sold, soundtrack videos, and ways to contact us. No products are sold directly on this website. Purchases are made on third-party platforms such as Steam.

This content is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law. All rights are reserved.

You may view the website and share links to it. Press, streamers and content creators may use screenshots, trailers, logos and soundtracks of our games for news, reviews, videos and streams, as long as they do not suggest an official endorsement and do not alter our logos. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the content, in whole or in part, requires our prior written permission. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation in the United States and/or other countries. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. The typefaces Playfair Display and Inter are used under the SIL Open Font License. 5. Games and purchases

Information about our games is given in good faith. Features, platforms, prices and release dates may change during development. Some content may be shown as "coming soon" before a game is released.

The games are sold and licensed through third-party stores. The terms of the store where you buy apply to your purchase, payment, refunds and account, for example the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam Refund Policy. Nothing in this notice limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

We work to keep the website available, accurate and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available and free of errors, or that its content will always be complete and up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages caused by:
